For the Community:

  • Information about classes and trainings
  • Information about the types of child care in Arizona
  • Presentations about child care to businesses or employers
  • Supply and demand information

Professional Development Opportunities

CCR&R offers a wide variety of professional development opportunities for child care providers. To register for one of our trainings, or for more information about the various opportunities, please visit

CCR&R and Arizona Child Care Association (ACCA) have partnered to provide, at no cost to you, a three-day, eight hour, Health & Safety Professional Development Series! Over the course of three days, for a total of 24 hours of professional development, child care professionals or those interested in joining the early childhood profession will receive an orientation or a refresher course in health, safety and child development.

The topics presented include:

  • Prevention of SIDS and safe sleep practices
  • Medication Administration and Consent
  • Nutrition and Food Allergies - Best Practices
  • Building and Physical Premises Safety
  • Emergency Preparedness and Disaster Response
